Dr. Paul C. Madison
Paul C. Madison, MD., is the Medical Director and founder of Midwest Pain Clinic and the owner and Medical Director of Watertower Surgicenter.
Dr. Madison received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med from Morehouse College in 1976. He attended Chicago Medical School receiving his medical degree in 1981. Completing an internship, residency, and fellowship at the prestigious, University of Chicago Hospital and Clinics, he is Board Certified in Pain Management. His fellowship was completed at The University of Chicago Hospital in Critical Care, Pulmonary Medicine, and Pain Management. He has served as Medical Director of Critical Care Services at Memorial Hospital in Michigan City, Indiana, Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Michigan City, Indiana and Medical Director of Emergency Medicine, Chief of Anesthesia, Chairperson in Critical Care and Emergency Services and Staff Anesthesiologist at Memorial Hospital in Northwest Indiana.
Dr. Madison has lectured extensively at medical seminars and has written extensively on the subject of Pain Management for medical publications. He continues to engage in research focusing on improving currently accepted pain management techniques.
Dr. Madison is a member of many professional organizations including the American Medical Association. He continues his affiliation with the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics as Clinical Assistant Professor of Pain Management, Anesthesiology and Critical Care.
